Confirm scope, schedule and price before work starts. The quote for the agreed scope does not change mid-project.
If new items or scope changes are needed, we explain them and obtain approval first. No unapproved additional charges.
Source code, runtime environment and operating documents are transferred with no usage expiry so your team can operate independently.

04 / PAYMENT & HANDOVER
Agree scope, schedule and price → sign electronically → start after the deposit is received
Deliver the product, source code and guides → confirm acceptance → settle the balance
Simple errors and defects are corrected at no charge for one month after handover. Later maintenance is agreed monthly.
Electronic tax invoices are available, and an NDA can be signed before contract. Data is stored only in the client’s environment.

05 / GOOD QUESTIONS
For the AI and integrated-system scope shown here, a pilot is ₩5–7M excluding VAT, AI products start from ₩20M, and integration starts in single-digit millions of KRW. Small spreadsheet and file-automation tasks are scoped separately. These are not minimum budgets for every inquiry. After consultation, you receive a written quote explaining the estimate.
We contract per project. Scope, schedule and price are confirmed in writing, followed by an electronic signature. Work starts after the deposit is received. Payment is 50% at contract and 50% after acceptance. A one-month defect warranty is included after handover.
For the AI and system builds shown here, ₩0.5–2M per month is a budget range for third-party API and cloud costs; actual costs depend on architecture and usage. This is not a required fee for every task. Small file tools may not need a server or API. Any external costs are identified and estimated in the quote. Additional costs require prior approval.
